Webmail lets you read and send email in your browser from any computer, without setting up an email app.

Logging in

1. Go to https://yourdomain.com/webmail, replacing yourdomain.com with your own domain.
2. Log in with your full email address and its password.

You can also open webmail from DirectAdmin under Extra Features > Webmail: Roundcube.

If your domain doesn't point to PaduHost yet, use your server hostname from your welcome email instead, for example https://your-server-hostname/webmail.

What you can do in webmail

• read, write and organise your email in folders
• keep an address book of contacts
• add an email signature under Settings > Identities
• sort incoming email automatically under Settings > Filters

Good to know

• Check your spam folder in webmail if you're missing an email. See Managing spam filtering.
• Troubleshooting an email app? If webmail works but your app doesn't, the problem is in the app's settings rather than your mailbox.
• Using a shared computer? Always log out when you've finished.
