Logging into Client Area and DirectAdmin

PaduHost has two separate logins. Use the one that matches what you want to do.

Login Use it to Where to log in
Client Area Pay invoices, order and renew services, manage domains and open support tickets my.paduhost.com
DirectAdmin Manage your website files, email accounts, databases, DNS and SSL certificates The DirectAdmin address in your welcome email

Logging in to the Client Area

  1. Go to my.paduhost.com or click Client Area at the top of paduhost.com.
  2. Enter your username (usually your email address) and your password.
  3. If you've turned on two-factor authentication, enter the code from your authenticator app.

Forgotten your password? Click Reset My Password on the login page and we'll email you a link to set a new one. If you've forgotten your username, click Forgot My Username instead.

Logging in to DirectAdmin

  1. Open the DirectAdmin address from your welcome email. It ends in :2222.
  2. Enter the DirectAdmin username and password from the same email.
  3. You'll arrive at your DirectAdmin dashboard. Bookmark the page so you can find it easily next time.

Having trouble logging in?

  • Wrong password: your Client Area and DirectAdmin passwords are different. Check that you're using the right one for the login you're on.
  • Forgotten your DirectAdmin password: open a Technical Support ticket and we'll reset it for you.
  • The page won't load after several failed attempts: our security system may have blocked your IP address for a while. Try again from your mobile data connection. If that works, open a support ticket and tell us your IP address (search "what is my IP" to find it) so we can unblock it.
  • DirectAdmin won't load on your office or public Wi-Fi: some networks block port 2222. Try another network, such as your mobile data.
