Nameservers tell the internet where to find your domain's DNS records, which control where your website and email are hosted. If your domain is registered with PaduHost, you can change its nameservers in the Client Area.
If your domain is registered elsewhere, change its nameservers at that registrar instead. See Pointing your domain to PaduHost.
Nameserver changes usually take effect within a few hours but can take up to 48 hours to reach everyone. See How long DNS changes take to work.
| If your website is hosted with | Use |
|---|---|
| PaduHost | The nameservers in your hosting welcome email |
| Cloudflare | The two nameservers Cloudflare gives you when you add your domain |
| Another provider | The nameservers that provider gives you |
Once you've changed your nameservers, your DNS records are managed with the provider your nameservers point to. For example, if your nameservers point to PaduHost, you manage your DNS records in DirectAdmin. See Managing DNS records in DirectAdmin.
