Changing between monthly, annual and lifetime billing

You can change how often you pay for your hosting: every month, every 3 months, every 6 months or every year. The longer the term, the less it costs per month. Lifetime plans are paid only once.

Switching between monthly, 3-month, 6-month and annual

  1. Log in to the Client Area and go to Services.
  2. Click Manage beside your hosting plan.
  3. Open Actions and choose the option to change your billing term.
  4. Select the new term and confirm.

Your next renewal invoice will be for the new term. If you don't see the option, open a Billing ticket and we'll change it for you.

The free .com domain is only for new 12-month orders of Rise and Roar, so switching an existing plan to the 12-month term doesn't add one.

Moving to a lifetime plan

Open a Billing ticket and tell us which plan you'd like. We'll let you know the price, including any credit for time you've already paid for. Once the invoice is paid, your plan switches to lifetime and you won't receive any more renewal invoices for it.

If you're already on a lifetime plan

Lifetime plans can't be switched to monthly or annual billing. If you need more resources, you can upgrade to a higher lifetime plan yourself. See Upgrading or downgrading your hosting plan.

See How lifetime plans work for what's included.
