How to claim your free .com domain

When you order Rise or Roar on the 12-month term, you get one new .com domain free for the first year. It isn't added at checkout. You claim it by ticket and we register it for you.

How to claim it

  1. Find a .com that's available on our domain search page. Check availability only. Don't add it to the cart or check out, or it will be charged.
  2. Order Rise or Roar on the 12-month term. When the order form asks for a domain, type the .com you found.
  3. Once your order is paid, open a ticket to the Billing department within 30 days of your order. Tell us your hosting order number, the .com you want and one or two back-up choices in case it's taken.
  4. We register the .com to your account and reply to your ticket to confirm.

We register it within one working day of your ticket. Working days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Malaysia time, excluding public holidays.

What's included

  • One new .com registration for each qualifying hosting service.
  • The first year of registration, subject to availability.
  • Orders using the LAUNCH25 code.

What's not included

  • Other extensions, such as .my, .com.my or .net.
  • Domain transfers and renewals.
  • Spark plans.
  • Monthly, 3-month and 6-month terms, lifetime plans and founding 3-year plans.
  • Orders using a founding or lifetime voucher.

Renewing the domain

After the first year, your .com renews at our standard .com price, which is RM57 a year today. Domain prices can change when the registry changes its own. We send you a renewal invoice before it's due. The domain is yours to renew whether or not you keep your hosting with us.

If you cancel within 14 days

If you've claimed the .com and then cancel your hosting under our 14-day money-back guarantee, you keep the domain. Your refund is the amount you paid for your hosting plan, less the domain's standard first-year registration price, as listed on our Domains page. If you haven't claimed it, nothing is deducted, and it can no longer be claimed after the refund.
