Our 14-day money-back guarantee

If PaduHost isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of your first payment for a new hosting service and we'll refund the hosting fee in full. You don't need to give a reason.

What's covered

Item Refundable?
First payment for a new Web Hosting plan, including lifetime plans Yes, in full within 14 days
Hosting renewals No. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the charge.
Domain registrations and renewals No. They're paid to the registry straight away and can't be reversed.
Domain transfers No. The transfer adds a year to the registration.
Paid SSL certificates and add-ons No. They're issued by a third party when you buy them.
Accounts closed for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy No

The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first payment for a new hosting service. It doesn't apply to a second account opened to claim it again or to a service that has already been refunded.

Free .com domains

If you claimed a free .com with a 12-month Rise or Roar plan, we deduct the domain's standard first-year registration price, as listed on our Domains page, from your refund. You keep the domain, registered in your name for the rest of its term. If you haven't claimed it, nothing is deducted. See How to claim your free .com domain.

How to request a refund

  1. Open a Billing ticket within 14 days of your first payment. You can also email billing@paduhost.com from your account's email address.
  2. Include your client code and the invoice number.
  3. We'll confirm within two working days.

When a refund is issued, the service is cancelled and its data is deleted. We can't restore an account after a refund, so back up anything you want to keep before you ask.

How you'll receive your refund

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 working days:

  • Card payments are refunded to the same card. Your bank may take a few more days to show it on your statement.
  • Bank transfer and DuitNow payments are refunded by bank transfer. We'll ask for your bank account details in the ticket.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback triggers automatic suspension of the service while it's investigated. We'd always rather resolve a billing problem with you directly.

This guarantee sits alongside your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and doesn't reduce them. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
